Volunteers

Thank you to all our amazing volunteers!  Interested in becoming a volunteer?  Fill out an application and staff will contact you with more information.

The ADRC relies on volunteers to run programs.  Whether you are interested in volunteering with a specific program listed below, or just want to help for one-time calls for support, consider volunteering with the ADRC!

Support System Program: Volunteers conduct friendly weekly check-ins with ADRC members. Check-ins could include phone calls, walks or small excursions, or a shared meal. Volunteers may also provide companionship for light errands, such as grocery shopping.

Handyworker Program: Volunteers assist ADRC members with minor household repairs upon request, such as changing light bulbs and smoke alarm batteries, and paint touch-up.

Cyber-Squad Program: Volunteers assist ADRC members with basic technical support, such as general instruction, updating software, and setting up computer equipment.
