    City of RPV Paper Shredding Event The City of Rancho Palos Verdes and EDCO are offering a free document/paper shredding event October 23 from 8-11 a.m. in the RPV City Hall overflow parking lot located at 30940 Hawthorne Boulevard. This event also includes electronic waste collection and self-serve mulch giveaway.
