On Wednesday, April 18th, please join us for a Peninsula-wide community workshop on coyote management and the Wildlife Watch program at Hesse Park, hosted by the cities of Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates and Rolling Hills Estates. The workshop will start at 6:30 PM. The objective of this workshop is to raise awareness of this Wildlife Watch program administered by the California Department of Fish & Wildlife, and to recruit volunteers to launch the program on the Peninsula. Volunteers will be asked to attend two training courses on Saturday, April 28th and Saturday, May 5th. Once trained, volunteers will canvass specific neighbors to educate residents about measures to keep coyotes in the canyons and out of their neighborhoods.
