We will start at 9 a.m., break for lunch and refreshments (provided) and then continue until 3 p.m. This event will be at RPV City Hall site – follow the signs.
Needed: 1-2 volunteers to check the volunteers in (fun!)
20 volunteers to fill sand bags – can work shifts or work 9-3 (heavy work)
4-5 volunteers to assist with the food and refreshments (11:30-1:00) (fun!)
Registration required (so we know how many lunches to provide) by October 7th (please)
