The City is pleased to announce that Ara Mihranian, former Community Development Director, has been selected as City Manager! In a closed session on February 4, the City Council voted unanimously to select Mr. Mihranian for the City’s top administrative post, which he has held in an interim capacity since former City Manager Doug Willmore retired in November 2019.
