The City Council and Planning Commission continue to meet in a hybrid in-person/virtual format. However, due to the COVID-19 surge in Los Angeles County associated with the circulation of the Omicron variant, public participation will continue to be limited to virtual-only through at least February 28, 2022, with only Council and Commission members and a very limited number of City staff attending in person with safety protocols in place.

To participate in public comment virtually or to leave a pre-recorded voice message, complete a form at rpvca.gov/participate. All other advisory board meetings continue to be held in a virtual-only format.
