The City of Rancho Palos Verdes wants to hear your thoughts on mixed-use development in RPV as we explore the creation of a Mixed-Use Overlay District (MUOD) to encourage economic development and housing production in commercial districts throughout the City.
Mixed-use development incorporates two or more types of land uses (e.g. residential, commercial, institutional). The new MUOD expands where mixed-use is allowed in the City.
