Construction is prohibited on Christmas Day and New Year's Day unless a Special Construction Permit is approved by the Director of Community Development. There will be no change in regularly-scheduled trash collection or street sweeping.
City parks (except for Abalone Cove Park and all park buildings) will be open on Christmas Day and New Year's Day for their regular posted hours.
