The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is in the process of developing a master plan to potentially redevelop the Ken Dyda Civic Center on Hawthorne Boulevard, a former Nike missile site that has housed City Hall since the mid-1970s.
On December 19, the City Council will hear a presentation providing an overview of the next steps in Stage 2 of the master planning process, including developing a project timeline, potentially holding a design contest, and identifying funding sources, among other steps. City staff will also present options for interim improvements to existing City Hall offices.
A staff report with more information is available on the City website.
