A new traffic controller will be installed in the traffic signal at Palos Verdes Dr. N. and Rolling Hills Rd./Portuguese Bend Rd. in Rolling Hills Estates on Thursday, December 1st, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. As a result, the light may not be functioning or may be on flashing red for long periods of time. The utility company will be present for the duration of work.
Palos Verdes Dr. N. is utilized by many people on their way to and from school and work. As a result, significant traffic delays are expected during the day today, especially in the afternoon. Please avoid the area if possible and use alternate routes.
