[ARCHIVED] Flash Flood Warning in Effect until 5:30 PM on January 22nd

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Flash Flood Warning until 5:30 PM on Sunday, January 22nd.  Rain is currently falling in southern Los Angeles County at a rate of 0.75" per hour.  Beware of street and small stream flooding.
