[ARCHIVED] Ring.com incentive program back by popular demand

images

Due to feedback from residents who missed the program this summer, the City will be offering the discount and incentive again beginning September 11, 2017 through November 9, 2017 or until funding is no longer available.

The City and Sheriff’s Department have negotiated a subsidy with Ring.com to provide RPV residents with a discount on select devices. The device limit is 3 products per household. In addition to Ring's discount, the City Council is offering a limited number of $50 incentives for residents, allocating $100,000 for this program.

Residents will need to follow the steps below to obtain a single-use promotion code:
1. Complete the Resident General Release Agreement
2. Provide proof of residency (copy of utility bill or driver's license)
3. Send the completed form and proof of residency via email to jruiz@rpvca.gov, standard mail or by dropping it off to RPV City Hall.

Upon receipt of the required information, a single-use promotion code and information about how to complete an online purchase at Ring.com will be emailed to you. Please contact Jacqueline Ruiz, Administrative Analyst in the City Manager's office, at jruiz@rpvca.gov or at (310) 544-5305 for additional information.
