The City of Rancho Palos Verdes, California is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from Engineering/Construction Management firms to perform the design and/or Construction Management Oversight Services required to complete the funded City infrastructure (such as paving/storm sewer drainage/traffic/ sanitary sewer system/ ADA ramps & sidewalks/trails/median improvements and landscaping projects) in conformance with the City of RPV design criteria, City rules/regulations and ordinances, subject to State and Federal rules/regulations. Projects will range in size from an estimated cost of approximately $100,000 to $3.4 million. The City intends to select firms to provide the following services for a period of three (3) years:
• Design Engineering Services; and/or
• Construction Management/Oversight Services
Subsequently, the City will enter into contracts to be approved by the City Council with the selected firms to provide the services.
