An appeal of the Planning Commission’s November 11, 2014 decision set forth in P.C. Resolution No. 2014-29 imposing modified Conditions of Approval and amending Green Hills Cemetery Master Plan as the result of an Operational Review conducted by the Planning Commission in 2014 following the construction and commencement of operations at the Pacific Terrace/Memorial Terrace Mausoleum.
