How to Participate Virtually in City Council Meetings

Reminder: To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, City Council meetings are held in a hybrid in-person/virtual format, with only the City Council and a limited number of staff in attendance, and safety protocols in place. Public participation is limited to the virtual platform only. If you would like to provide comments virtually during a City Council meeting or leave a pre-recorded voice message, please complete a form at rpvca.gov/participate.
