Red Flag Warning Issued for November 24-26
UPDATE: The National Weather Service has upgraded a Fire Weather Watch to a Red Flag Warning that will be in effect from 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 24, through 6 p.m. Friday, November 26 due to gusty northeast winds and very low relative humidity.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior. Use extreme caution with potential fire ignition sources. Residents are urged to assemble their emergency supply kit and know your evacuation route.
