Senior Scam Stopper Seminar August 12

Join the office of Assemblymember Al Muratsuchi and the Contractors State License Board for a Senior Scam Stopper Seminar Friday, August 12 at 9 a.m. at Silverado Beach Cities Memory Care, 514 North Prospect Avenue in Redondo Beach

This event will discuss state legislation related to common scams and focus on how seniors can best protect themselves when hiring a contractor to avoid construction-related scams. The seminar will also feature expert speakers who will discuss identity theft, email/text scams, foreign lotteries, insurance scams, and mail fraud.
