City Council Meeting Highlights

On February 7, the City Council voted to send a letter to state officials asking they investigate the statewide spike of natural gas prices. 

The Council also approved a community survey to seek public input on homelessness response in the City and took several actions related to concerns about noise from passenger jets taking off from LAX under two new flight paths proposed by the FAA. The City will send a letter to the FAA requesting the paths be revised and bring this issue to the attention of other coastal South Bay cities.
