Update: Housing Element and Rezoning Virtual Open House Now Available through April 5

The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is working on finalizing its Housing Element update, a state-mandated process that requires all California cities to demonstrate how they will meet future housing needs. 

As part of this process, the City opened a Virtual Open House where residents can learn more about the Housing Element and the proposed rezoning. If you have not had a chance to check it out, there's good news: the Virtual Open House is now available through April 5. 

Enter the virtual event room and stop at the stations to learn more about the City’s plans for rezoning, including the proposed Mixed-Use Overlay District (MUOD) and Residential Overlay District (ROD), what they could look like, and leave your comments.
