City Council Meeting Agenda Now Available

The agenda for the April 16 City Council meeting is now available at rpvca.gov/agendas.

Meeting topic highlights include:

Construction contracts for two emergency dewatering wells that will be installed in the Portuguese Bend Landslide complex to slow accelerated movement
Adopting the City’s 6^th Cycle Housing Element, a document that outlines ways RPV can meet its state-required target of accommodating 647 new housing units in various income levels through 2029
Establishing a Mixed-Use Overlay District, Residential Overlay District, and rezoning as part of the Housing Element update
An annual review of Trump National Golf Club’s compliance with its maintenance obligations for trails and open space
