Trunk Hosts Needed for Trunk or Treat!
Here is a fun opportunity to be part of the magic of Trunk or Treat!
Trunk or Treats main attraction is the decorated trunks where volunteers hand out candy and/or prizes to kids.
This is a great opportunity for small to medium size groups to earn some extra service hours and make a difference to our little ghouls and goblins!
To host a Trunk, this is what you will need:
- One vehicle
- A supervising adult, if you are under the age of 18
- A theme! What will the theme be? Scary? Candyland? Spooky Carnival? A famous tv show or movie? Beetlejuice? Wednesday? Nightmare before Christmas? Etc… (Themes can be spooky, but no gore or violence, religious, political statement/themes etc; this event is for the little ones and their families)
- Decorations, car paint-friendly tape, scissors etc
- Costumes (costumes aren’t mandatory, but it ties in well with your theme)
- Last but not least- enough Candy and or prizes for a large sized event (Candy must be sealed, no home-made goodies please)
This volunteer opportunity is great for groups, families, coworkers, and friends!
