Emergency Preparedness Committee Applications may be obtained by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at 310-544-5217, downloading the Application for Appointment (PDF), or by completing the Application for Appointment Form online. Please complete and submit the form to the City Clerk’s Office by 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2019. The City Council may appoint a member from a group of previous applicants or may choose to interview a new applicant prior to the regularly scheduled City Council meeting of May 21, 2019.  The City Clerk’s Office will confirm the date and time of the interviews and/or appointment with the applicants.
