PACE ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM

Through the partnership with the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, the HERO Pace Program and Figtree Pace Financing are available to residential and commercial property owners as an affordable way to make energy efficient, water efficient, and renewable energy upgrades to your home or business. Use HERO or Figtree Pace programs to finance renovation projects that can increase your property value, lower your monthly utility bills, and contribute to making your community more energy independent. HERO and Figtree both offer low-fixed interest rates, flexible payment terms, and repayments are made through your property taxes. These Pace Programs are available for a wide array of home energy products, such as the list below:

• Windows, Skylights, & Doors
• Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning
• Solar Panels
• Roofing & Insulation
• Water Heating
• Artificial Turf
• Drip Irrigation
• Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
