Regular City Council meetings take place at 7 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of the month in McTaggart Hall at Fred Hesse Jr. Community Park and via Zoom are live-streamed on the City website at rpvca.gov/agendas and televised on RPVtv Cox 33/Frontier FiOS 38.

Members of the public who attend City Council meetings in person must follow physical distancing guidelines and wear a face covering of the nose and mouth at all times during the course of the meeting unless and until invited to speak. The City Council will limit the number of individuals in the meeting room at any one time pursuant to guidance from public health officials.
